The Week 1 of Running :
Summary : Happy that i managed to clear the 1st week of 2026. My only thought is to ensure that keep the streak and clock my 12.5 KM run on next sunday.
Jan4(Sun):I got up by 5.30 AM and planned to start my 10K but then there was another task that pushed my run to around 8.00 AM and i started in a blessing sunny weather in bangalore. I took the roads with a slow jog run as there were muliple steep elevation that i need to conquer but i thouroughly enjoyed the run and felt good.I always belive the muscle memory is strong and it regains and it responds quickly. I have a target to do a Sub 1 surely in this year but surely today was a great start.
Jan3(Sat):This is my 3rd day and managed to clock a 2.2 KM on my neighbourghood, this was just manage to streak and not to miss it. And tomorrow is going to be a big day as i will be attempting my first 10K after some time, I was just gazing my thoughts of my 1st 10K in TCS and multiple 10X10 and soon i plan to attemp one.
Jan 2(Fri) This is 2nd day of the year and managed to do some strength training and also wanted to clock 2.5 Kms Minimum to be on the Streak.
Also Managed to do (100 Skipping + 10 Pushup ) X 2 Sets
Jan1(Thu)- Like every one i didnt want to miss this Run today and managed to start at 7.00 and completed the 5K. The run was easy and didnt focus much on any other thing just on the distance and wanted to complete <40 Mins and managed to do that.
Also Managed to do (100 Skipping + 10 Pushup ) X 2 Sets
