🌅 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 | 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 26
🎬 Over the weekend, I had a chance to watch The Odyssey. It was a great experience, especially on the big screen. Beyond the scale of the story, what stayed with me was how different characters and moments carried different messages about the journey we all go through.
💭𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭, 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫, 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐞:
🎯 Making it to our “𝐈𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐜𝐚” — reaching our destination and fulfilling our true purpose — takes more than battling the monsters around us. Sometimes, the more important battle is with the monsters within.
🪞 Our fears, doubts, ego, impatience, resistance to change, or even the comfort of staying where we are can sometimes become bigger obstacles than the challenges in front of us.
🌊 At work and in life, we will always have our own versions of rough seas and unexpected challenges. We may not control all of them, but we can choose 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦.
🧭 Perhaps the journey is not only about 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲..
